What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been produced. Once the pre-order period has ended, funds from the sales will be used to produce the items and cover shipping costs.
Can I change my shipping addess?
Yes, please email us through our contact page, or DM us through Twitter, to request a change of shipping address as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and new address. We will get back to you within the week. If you do not hear from us within 5 buisness days please send a follow up email.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we will not be offering refunds for orders placed during our leftover period. Please review our terms of service.
When will items be shipped out?
Once leftovers have closed, we estimate that shipping will start around December 2024. Follow our social media for the most recent updates.
Where are you shipping from?
Orders will be shipped from the USA. Customers are responsible for any VAT/Duties on orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do, however we do not collect VAT/Duties on our end and those will be the responsiblity of the buyer. Please make sure to take a look at the countries we are not able to ship under our terms of service.
Will orders be tracked?
Tracked shipping will be offered when possible for bundle orders (zine, flat, and full bundles). Please check your postal services.
A-La-Carte (Individual Items), not purchased in addition to a bundle, will be shipped using a paper white envelope or smaller bubble mailer. Tracking cannot be guarenteed for these types of orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We will be accepting payments through PayPal.
Will you be doing leftovers?
Yes, leftovers are taking place now! They will be held from November 18, 2024 - December 16, 2024 (or while supplies last).
How will digital items be recieved and when?
Digital items will be distributed to the email address used to make your purchase. We plan to send out digital orders once the leftover period concludes. Official notice will be posted on our social media.
What charity are you donating to?
We will be donating to "First Place for Youth", a charity supporting people leaving foster care and helping them get on their feet during the transition period. More information can be found here.
